A full barrel tile roof replacement was completed at this Fort Myers residence in Catalina Isles. Full tear-off and disposal of the existing tile system came first — a significant undertaking on a two-story home of this size. Deck inspection was completed across all planes before anything went back on. Underlayment was installed to spec, then barrel tile was set course by course across the full field of the roof. Hip and ridge tile were finished at all peaks and transitions, all penetrations were properly flashed and sealed, and the site was fully cleaned on completion.
