A full tile roof installation was completed at this North Fort Myers residence. Tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing material came first, followed by a full deck inspection before anything went back on. Underlayment was installed to spec across the full deck, then terracotta barrel tile was set across all field areas to manufacturer spec. Hip and ridge courses were finished with mortar-set tile, all pipe penetrations were properly flashed and sealed, and the site was fully cleaned on completion.
