Our team began with a full tear-off of the existing flat roofing material, followed by a thorough inspection of the substrate to ensure a solid, stable base. We installed a base sheet and appropriate insulation for improved drainage and energy performance, then applied [APP/SBS] modified bitumen membrane in a torch-applied or self-adhered system across the entire roof surface. Flashing and edge detailing were completed at all penetrations, walls, and transitions for a fully sealed, watertight finish. The project wrapped up with a complete site cleanup, leaving the property spotless.
