Three-story commercial office building in Sarasota’s Arlington Park area — a medical and professional corridor near Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Commercial roofing at this scale is a different operation than residential work. Larger deck, more penetrations, more coordination required, and a finished system that has to perform reliably over a building that’s occupied during business hours.

Standing seam metal panels were installed across the full commercial roof field. This is a system built for longevity on a commercial property that can’t afford recurring roof issues.
