A full TPO membrane roof installation was completed at this Fort Myers commercial property on S Cleveland Ave. The existing flat roofing system was torn off and all debris removed from the site before any new work began. The substrate was inspected across the entire low-slope deck surface and prepped for the new membrane system. A mechanically fastened TPO membrane was then rolled out and secured across the full field in clean, overlapping runs. All seams were heat-welded with precision to create a fully continuous watertight membrane from edge to edge. Perimeter metal edging was installed and fastened tight along all roof edges, all penetrations and curbs were wrapped and flashed into the membrane, drains were properly integrated and sealed, and the entire roof surface was inspected end to end before the site was cleaned on completion.
