A full architectural shingle roof installation was completed at this Fort Myers residential property on Ellis Rd. The worn existing shingle system was torn off in full and all material removed from the property before any new work began. The deck was carefully inspected across all planes, with particular attention paid to the transition zone where the shingle roof meets the adjacent metal panel section. Any compromised decking was addressed before underlayment went down across the full shingle field. Drip edge was set at all eaves and rake edges, and warm tan architectural shingles were then nailed off course by course up every plane in clean, consistent runs. All pipe boots and penetrations were properly flashed and sealed, the shingle-to-metal transition was cleanly terminated and weatherproofed at the adjoining edge, ridge cap was finished at every peak, and the site was fully cleaned on completion.
