A full tile roof installation was completed at this Arcadia residence. Tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing material came first, followed by a full deck inspection across all planes and dormer sections before anything went back on. Underlayment was installed to spec, then light gray flat concrete tile was set course by course across the full field of every plane. Hip and valley intersections were executed precisely, dormer tie-ins were flashed and integrated properly, ridge tile was finished at all peaks, all penetrations were sealed, and the site was fully cleaned on completion.

This is a substantial multi-plane roof with dormers, a complex layout, and a light gray flat concrete tile that was set clean across every plane and transition.
Flat concrete tile on a roof this size and geometry requires precise layout from the first course up. Dormer integrations, hip and valley intersections, and ridge finishing all have to come together consistently or the finished product shows it. This one came together clean — tight courses, proper hip and ridge tile, and a light neutral color that works with the wooded rural setting.
