Osprey is the kind of job that requires more than a standard install crew. The home features a large glass skylight structure integrated directly into the roof plane — which means flashing, termination, and water management around that transition had to be executed precisely. There is no margin for error where glass meets metal on a Florida roof.

The standing seam panels were set in charcoal across the full field of the roof, with hip and ridge lines finished cleanly and all geometry handled at the intersecting planes. The skylight surround was flashed and terminated properly so the system functions as one continuous weathertight envelope.

The finished product speaks for itself — clean panel lines, sharp geometry, and a roof that performs as well as it looks from the air.
