Shingle Roof Installation

Services Provided

What We Did

A full shingle roof installation was completed at this residence. We began with a full tear-off and disposal of the existing roofing material, followed by a deck inspection before anything went back on. Underlayment was installed across the full deck, then shingles were set to manufacturer spec from the starter course up through the field. Ridge cap was finished at the top, with drip edge and eave flashing completed at the perimeters. All penetrations were properly flashed and sealed, and the site was fully cleaned on completion.

Project Overview

Full Shingle Roof Install

Not every roof needs to be the most complex job on the schedule — but every roof needs to be done right. The home needed a shingle roof installation, and we ran it the same way we run every job: proper underlayment, manufacturer spec installation, and clean finish work from eave to ridge.

Shingle performance comes down to how they go on. Alignment, fastening pattern, starter course, and ridge cap execution all determine how the system holds up over the next two decades. We don’t cut corners on the steps that aren’t visible once the job is done.
